Emerson
Process Management Power & Water Solutions established
its European Regional Center in 1992 to address the growing
demand for process control and information systems throughout
Europe. At the regional center, located in Warsaw, Poland,
engineering and systems integration work is performed.
Our European Regional Center has the responsibility to market
and engineer process control products and systems throughout
Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With an experienced staff
of engineers, the Center offers comprehensive support services
including sales and marketing, project management, engineering,
training, field installation and service, and repairs and
spare parts processing.
In addition to our Regional Center in Warsaw, we have sales
offices and associate companies located in many other European
countries.
Regional Offices
To better serve its customers, support functions are provided
by a network of satellite offices, sales offices, and associate
companies strategically located throughout the region. The
associate network also provides the local support and understanding
of specific regional codes and standards, and permits local
engineering firms to participate in the development of application-specific
software. Associates are well versed in our quality standards,
project management techniques, and state-of-the-art control
system technology.
Organization Structure
The Europe organization is structured to promote maximum
customer satisfaction. All engineering and systems integration
work is performed under the supervision of the Europe Engineering
Director. Each project is also assigned a dedicated Project
Manager to serve as the single point of contact and ensure
that technical and commercial terms are executed to meet
the customer requirements. The engineering staff is a composite
group from the U.S., Poland, Czech Republic, and other countries
with extensive experience in project management, installation,
and commissioning of DCS systems.
Our approach to project management ensures our full accountability
for the entire project. Our mission is to exceed your expectations
for the installed system. To do that, we take responsibility
for the total integration and overall coordination of every
aspect of the project. Total integration and coordination
includes design, construction, manufacturing, installation,
test, and commissioning of the system. And once in operation,
it means ongoing, reliable system support.
Training
We've designed our training courses to be modular so our
customers can customize the training to fit their experience
background, busy schedules, and current workload. Our wide
array of training courses for operators, engineers, and maintenance
personnel fits the varying needs of all customers. Training
can be conducted at the our headquarters Training Center in
the U.S., European Regional Center in Warsaw, or at the customer's
site. In all cases, classroom training is supplemented with
"hands-on" experiences in laboratory environments.
To serve you better, Emerson Process Management Power &
Water Solutions provides
instruction in a variety of languages including English,
Polish, Czech, Spanish, and Russian. Additional translation
services are provided if required.
