SCR Optimizer

The SmartProcess® SCR Optimizer enhances the performance of your existing SCR technology. Built to be flexible, the SCR Optimizer adjusts to changing conditions within the SCR for accurate data considerations and performance adjustments.

By closely monitoring the system and related data, the SCR Optimizer predicts the optimum ammonia usage and current flue gas composition, and recommends the ideal performance settings.

Cost Reduction
By improving the performance of the SCR, the SCR Optimization also reduces the amount of reagent needed, thereby reducing associated costs and extending catalyst life.

Automatic Adjustments
The SCR Optimization automatically adjusts the SCR system parameters to minimize temperature deviations, improve catalyst efficiency, and reduce slip. In some cases, lower load operation is possible via the improved temperature profile from the SCR Optimization.

Emissions Control
NOx conversion increases as the SCR Optimizer improves the overall performance of the SCR technology.
