Boiler and Electrical Control

Burner Management
Emerson provides a Burner Management System (BMS) solution that enhances the safe startup, operation, and shutdown of the
combustion sequence of a boiler. By implementing our BMS solution, customers will be able to automatically place burners and
igniters in service, remove them from service, and monitor flame conditions.
Emissions
With the passage of clean air legislation and increased scrutiny of air emissions from all levels of regulatory agencies, well-designed and maintained air pollution devices have become mandatory for many power generation processes. Emerson offers a range of solutions to help with these emission challenges: from our SmartProcess® plant optimization software, to specialized applications like the SCR optimizer and FGD or scrubber control.
